Emily Pilates Studio
Emily Pilates Studio is a space for conscious movement and professional bodywork. The studio offers group and individual Pilates classes on mats and a full range of Pilates equipment: reformers, Cadillacs, chairs, and barrels.
The workouts help build a strong and stable body, improve posture, mobility, flexibility, and sense of balance. The format of the classes is suitable for both beginners and those who appreciate a gentle, yet deep and effective approach to training.
Cost:
- Individual Pilates training – 2000 UAH/person
- Split workout (2 clients) – 1500 UAH/person
- Split (3-6 clients) – 1000 UAH/person
- Group training (up to 6 people) – 1000 UAH/person
Working hours: Mon-Sun 10:00 – 19:00
- group classes for Emily Hotel guests: 18:00 – 19:00
- group and individual classes: 11:00 – 18:00
- group training for Emily Medical Center guests (Mayer program): 10:00 – 11:00
